Ekta Directory will provide your refund within the first 7 days of the purchase of the Theme but only if you have worked with our support staff to try and resolve the problem first. No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days of the original purchase whatsoever. If you’ve met the conditions stated below, you can contact us for a refund

Here are the situations in which we expect customers to give a refund on an item
Item doesn’t work the way it should
Item is “not as described”
Item has a security vulnerability
We are unable to get our Themes functioning properly on your server

In any case except for this, we are not bound to give a refund on the item. Also we are not responsible for compatibility with 3rd party software components or WordPress Plugins which are not developed by Us. So Refunds will not be granted on the basis of 3rd party software compatibility.
